I’m really happy with my grounding sheet. My doctor suggested I try grounding to help with sleep and inflammation, which is what led me to purchase one. I also preferred this version because it’s made with stainless steel and fits easily under my normal fitted sheet, so I didn’t have to change my bedding setup and i like that it has a 3 year warranty.

Since using it, my sleep has improved a lot and I wake up feeling much better. I struggle with inflammation and have honestly noticed a difference.

This is a great product because the fabric is so inviting for pets and people alike. Just a very sturdy piece of cloth! My dog sleeps on it nightly. No way he’d do that with the cheaper carbonized/plastic versions of grounding mats

I developed severe pain in my right thumb and wrist from holding a choir book during multiple Christmas concerts at church. My doctor diagnosed it as carometacarpal joint inflammation. NSAIDs only help a little bit and my wrist brace reminded me not use it as much. It all helped but the pain continued to come back, up to a level of 8/10! I had only moderate strength and use of my right hand.

I've really enjoyed trying out this grounding bed sheet, i was surprised (in a good way) at how big it is and the ease of setting it up! there are so many of these on the market, but you can clearly see this one is of high quality and style , which makes me trust the companies ethos and values........i'm loving how i'm waking up so easily and able to jump out of bed effortlessly, not dragging myself or feeling sluggish.
