I have just purchased my second grounding sheet, as I have found it so beneficial. I now have one that stays on my bed at home and one that is always packed in my suitcase, ready to go whenever I travel.
I actually forgot to take my first grounding sheet with me on one holiday, and I really noticed the difference. My sleep wasn’t as good, and I felt more uncomfortable with some minor aches and pains during the week. That experience made me realise how much I value having my grounding sheet with me.

I didn't know what to expect but I haven't slept well for years ,but I do now, almost every night i sleep through. I thought the flat sheet style might bunch up but it hasn't. I have a lot of health issues as well as varicose veins. The varicose veins are less painful now and I'm feeling an all over better vitality and well being. I've been using it now for around 4 weeks. I've definitely noticed changes to my sleep pattern and health.
I have been using my premium grounding sheet for at least 2 months and it works, I usually wake with pain after a broken night's sleep but since using the sheet I have noticed a change and its more then I thought I would I also suffer with severe depression and I have fewer sleepless night's.I was sceptical but not any more so thank you

The quality of my sleep is better, and I go to sleep more easily. I used to wake in the night, anytime between and 1 and 4am and I would be awake for 2 hours. With the grounding sheet if I wake I go straight back to sleep. It’s a game changer for me - someone who has not been a good sleeper for 30 years or so.
The premium grounding sheets are helping us to manage my husband’s and mine sleep which it is sound and deep, if we wake up during the night, we fall asleep rapidly; body doesn’t ached that much, and we have noticed that we wake up with more energy.

Own a number of Grounding Mats which my family uses through the day. I have one under my laptop to rest my arms and hands on as I work. As well, I have one on the floor at my computer desk to place my bare feet as I work. Also, use the Grounded Bed Mat with quality linen sheets. Sleep great and keep grounded throughout the day.
My husband loves it. Can not sleep now with out it. I had a bit of a harder time adjusting to the Grounding sheet, but now I fall asleep faster and feel more rested
Started using Grounded bedding a couple of years ago. Started with Grounded Sheets and Grounding MATs. The Grounding Sheets seemed to be less effective over time. Switched to Premium Grounding MAT and high quality Linen Sheets. Definitely the best grounded sleeping solution for my wife and I. Also, have a number of Grounding MATs. I use one under my laptop where my hands and arms touch while working at my computer. As well, have Grounding MAT at my feet at my computer desk. Based on personal experience, highly recommend.
I have major back and leg issues as well as shoulder issues

Your products feature a superior weave that enhances the grounding effect. The flat sheet can be placed under my bamboo sheets, allowing me to enjoy the benefits of both. It is also flexible enough not to interfere with the performance of the foam-spring mattress underneath.
Health-wise, I saw a very good improvement from the very first night, and I have continued to benefit ever since.
The pillow (put on King pillow case is good too, for neck pain)

I have LOVED my grounding sheet- the size is perfect, I appreciate how easy it was to set up, and I am sleeping so well!
It's been about a month now using the grounding pillow case, mat and sheet. I have to test it further still, however, I have noticed some changes. Yes, I have been having better sleep, Yes, I'm not feeling as much back or neck pain and not getting up so much in the middle of the night. Overall, I am pleased with my purchases and will continue to use them.

Did my research before buying but am astounded by the result!!! Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this product because it works. Better sleep because it’s uninterrupted with 3:00 am wake ups! I bought a Grounding sheet to better my sleep. Some mornings i wake & feel like I've slept well & others not so good. I put it down to the fact that I'm using a flannelette sheet I have had to put on top of the grounding sheet. Winter is not my favourite month ! I do know that it will improve once the weather warms up as i believe 100% in this product.
