Pillowcase review

Been using grounding pillow cases for a number of years with 5% silver fibres. They have benefitted me with great sleep and overall satisfaction that I am being grounded. However, they don't last much longer than a year.
These new stainless steel fibres at 20% I believe should last longer. They are still comfortable and look nice. I have checked the grounding with my meter and they seem to be well grounded.
Only improvement I would make is they should have a fold like a normal pillowcase to cover the pillow. The grounding connection should also be on the inside on the fold so you can flip the pillow over and you don't see the connection pad.
Overall they are a little pricey but should outlast the cheaper ones.
Highly recommend.

I love my grounding pillow, I have the best sleeps every night. On the first night of sleeping on my pillow, this sounds weird, but I felt buzzing in my ears and around my head and teeth for about 20mins, then the feeling left me, it felt like it drained out, like maybe I had blockages or something. Slept on it now every night for a month and I love it so much that I am drawn to laying on my grounding sheet a grounding pillow just to recharge for 30mins, you can literally feel the stress melt away. To start I was worried about having the wire plugged into my pillow, but honestly you don't even notice it.

I’m very happy with my bed sheet, pillow case and mat! I had another brand, and while it worked well, I did not like what it was made of. The cotton is so much better. I would like to sleep right on the sheet but, I sleep very warm, so I need a cotton sheet over it.

Love Love Love. Sleeping so much better after 3 weeks and deeper. I have the pillow cover and I wake up with less neck pain. Early days yet but I have noticed less foot pain due to arthritis in my toes.

Within 2 nights of using my Grounding & Earthing Bed Sheet and Pilliw case I noticed that my sleep improved. I sleep deeper and feel more rested in the morning than I have done for many years. One night last week after airing the the grounding sheet and pillowcase during the day I had not put it back on my bed and I noticed that my sleep was very poor that night. I don’t think that it has made significant difference, but my back pain was under control with an austiopath treatment.
I still now have neck pain even though I use the magnetic pillow.
My back pain has not returned so is it the blanket or the treatment, when I go away in four weeks and don’t have the blanket, I guess that’s when I may know

Pillow case

As I have had poor sleep patterns most of my life, I thought/hoped this pillow case would help. I’m very happy and surprised by the result.
The first two nights I noticed my head felt warmer than usual. Not uncomfortable, just warmer. The first two nights I didn’t want to sleep because my mind was so calm and still, which I’d never experienced before, so I just wanted to enjoy the experience. It made me imagine how deep meditation would feel. Also, my body just felt happy to just stay still. It was wonderful.
By the fourth night I wasn’t aware of the deep calmness in my mind, but my body was, and still is calm. Even though I haven’t got to the point of having the required amount of sleep each night, I find it’s easier for me to control my mind, by reminding myself that the pillow case is helping me, even when I don’t think it is.
Would I recommend this pillow case? Absolutely. One day I hope to get the grounding bed sheet, but until then, I’m more than happy with my purchase.
