Must say after years of 'fobbing off' a grounding sheet and its theory I finally gave in and thought I will try this as I was getting desperate for better sleep and feeling better in my body. I have been using this sheet now for probably 6 weeks and my husband and I are both noticing better sleep quality and somehow body feels good also, no stiffness in the morning.... this could be a combination of other little things we are trying but we are both very happy that we finally purchased these grounding sheets.
Its wonderful, i haven't slept so well in years & I've been naughty & sleeping in.
I have bone degeneration so I'm in awful pain 24/7 but in saying that, the grounding sheet has made it a lot better while I'm on the grounding sheet.
Pain comes back probably an hour or two after I've got out of bed.
I'm not being ungrateful at all, I'm happy I can sleep, thats a blessing.

The bedsheet has been amazing but I forgot to use the pillowcase at first. A week later I found it and have loved it ever since.
next purchase is a pillow case for all the other bedrooms in the house.

I have been using the grounding sheet for about a month now and have noticed I'm sleeping better. I t was only when a friend asked if I thought it was working that I realized that my sleep had improved as the pain in my hip had become just a dull ache, not a pain that was waking me up. Looking forward to seeing what happens after a couple of months.
It took a bit of time but now I find the grounding sheet is really working for me. I am having a much deeper sleep & feel much more rested in the morning. I wouldn't be without it.

Well, I waited 3 months before giving my review because I felt it warranted the time and consideration. Having looked thoroughly into grounding/earthing prior to purchasing from Premium I knew I had to try and wanted the best and found it right here! I have suffered from fibromyalgia for the last 23 years and have just tapered off my very strong pain meds and I can tell you with confidence that my grounding sheet teamed with my premium grounding mat has helped immensely. The first thing I noticed was my recovery time after a strong physical activity, the aches/pains feelings of fatigue just weren’t there to the extent they would usually be.
I was reasonably sure my pain was becoming more manageable as time passed but couldn’t be certain until I spent two nights without either my sheet or mat. Wow. Just wow. I’m really excited to see how many more benefits I will see into the coming months.
I’ve tried many, many, different things in the last 23 years to treat my fibromyalgia, most were unfortunately a waste of good money-this is not one of them, in fact it’s one of a few things I’d recommend to another sufferer.

I received my Premium Grounding Sheets on 2 September 2026 and have been using them regularly since then.
My experience so far has been very positive. The sheet itself feels comfortable, well-made, and easy to incorporate into my normal sleeping routine. After using it consistently, I personally feel more relaxed when I go to bed, and I have noticed that my sleep feels more comfortable and restful on many nights.
What I like most is that using the grounding sheet does not require any major change to my lifestyle. Once it is properly set up, I simply use it as part of my usual bedding. Over time, it has become something I genuinely enjoy having on my bed.

Excellent sheet; I like the set up and way it’s easy to plug and unplug. I def feel more rested than I do without it.
My husband has Parkinson's disease and he really finds his sleep quality has really improved with the grounding sheet. The good thing about this sheet compared to others is it can go under your fitted sheet instead of on top. This means it does not move about so much. I really can say that Premium grounding sheets really do work.
First of all, I don’t have to worry about wrinkly sheet. Now I can wear pajamas, even though I had to buy cotton brand and the overall effect take time to say for sure, but I can tell grounding is science. So I’m not gonna go without it. My son had tried for his bed with bonus sheet and positive about it
