Grounding Sheets Ireland: Everything You Need to Know

I did my research when looking for grounding sheets. I know there’s places in the US I can get them from but they all seem to use silver- which I have no problem with except for in my research. I saw that Silver can come out of of the sheets when you wash them and overtime become ineffective. I saw that stainless steel being weaved into the sheets was much more effective and long lasting. So I found premium grounding and opted to buy from them. I felt a difference sleeping on these sheets right away. I didn’t realize they didn’t tuck in around the bed and I was concerned about that but they are a heavy sheet and when you put your own sheet on top of them, they stay in place perfectly fine. I definitely love these grounding sheets, and I’ve been telling friends about them. Thank you.

I bought this grounding sheet after being disappointed with two very much cheaper and useless ones from other companies. For the first four nights I slept much worse. In fact on the fourth night I leapt out of bed with leg/foot cramps so many times that I lost count. I had read elsewhere that some people get worse before they get better so I continued on. Lo and behold, on the fifth night there was a huge difference in my sleep quality. The pain in my hip has decreased, I feel less fatigued during the day and to my amazement my blood pressure has dropped. That is something measurable so I know the improvements weren't "just in my head". I am now waiting for another one to arrive to put on another bed. I'm impressed!

I honestly was not sure about this but it has ended up being one of those things you just try and unexpectedly becomes one of the best decisions you have made. For me I have had anxiety, tinnitus and inflammation for a few years and this has helped take the edge off, has improved my tinnitus a lot and I have deeper sleep and feel more refreshed in the morning. Just over 2 weeks using this sheet, initially, first morning after sleeping on it- less pain, more agility/mobility. Now, after about 2 weeks- my agility and mobility are even better, I feel more like a much younger than my 63 years! I have stopped using my pain medication as I no longer have the need for them, my sacro-iliac pain is not there (I am sure my issue is there, just not the pain) and my lateral cutaneous nerve issue isn't evident I pain, though I know the numbness issue is there. I have raved about it to anyone who will listen with friends suggesting I get a finders fee for the number of friends ordering themselves one! Lol
