Love the grounding sheet!. Have slept very soundly when asleep. I am waking up a bit lately due to a lot of stress. The sheet enables me to have deep sleep in the time I am asleep, it feels very restorative. Has been great for my husband too. You just feel like you are getting very deep sleep.
