Received the grounding mat with my grounding sheet purchase. Now I can use it at work by laying it over my kneeling chair. This also means the mat often has direct contact with my calves.

A friend told me how her family was benefitting from grounding sheets. I have adrenal fatigue and wake a few times in the night. I have been fully sleeping on the grounding sheet for 3 weeks now. I’m really happy with my grounding sheet. My doctor suggested I try grounding to help with sleep and inflammation, which is what led me to purchase one. I also preferred this version because it’s made with stainless steel and fits easily under my normal fitted sheet, so I didn’t have to change my bedding setup and i like that it has a 3 year warranty.
Since using it, my sleep has improved a lot and I wake up feeling much better. I struggle with inflammation and have honestly noticed a difference.

After conducting extensive research, I decided to purchase a grounding mat first to see if/how it would work for us.

This is a great product because the fabric is so inviting for pets and people alike. Just a very sturdy piece of cloth! My dog sleeps on it nightly. No way he’d do that with the cheaper carbonized/plastic versions of grounding mats

I’m very happy with my bed sheet, pillow case and mat! I had another brand, and while it worked well, I did not like what it was made of. The cotton is so much better. I would like to sleep right on the sheet but, I sleep very warm, so I need a cotton sheet over it.

I am forever grateful for your Premium Grounding products --- In particular the Grounding Sheet/Cover for my King Size Bed. I use this under my fitted sheet with the grounded pillow case and grounded mat at the side of my bed. I never could sleep at night and would wake at the littlest thought, noise or light. Being grounded at bedtime has allowed me to shut my eyes and sleep throughout the night -- feeling energized upon awake. Moreover, I am extremely sensitive to any form of EMF/5G/radiation & electrical currents. I live near a couple of towers and always felt the RF effect present unless I am grounding --- My body feels stablized. I move my mat to sit under my feet during the day to harmonize my body while I work from home.
Recently, I let my brother try my grounding sheet on his bed with the grounding pillowcase. He has been diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Disease and is a type I diabetic. He has lost his equilibrium and has a hard time sleeping at night. He was overwhelmed with how he slept and felt the next day! I now have to buy another one for myself since he has not offered to give it back. Love, love, love my grounding sheet! I am 78 yrs old and have been plagued with continuous restless nights, often waking up after 2 ½ or 3hrs, then being wide awake, getting up for a few hours and before having another few hrs sleep. My very first night with the grounding sheet I slept right through for 7 ½ hrs!! This was a one off :) but since then I sleep beautifully, wake up once to go to bathroom and fall right back to sleep. I feel so much better!! Also, I no longer have to wear a wrist brace at night. It needed it to keep me from being woken up because from arthritis pain when moving in my sleep. I now feel like a “normal” person once again. My grounding sheet has become a necessity for me….very grateful!
