Why upgrade

Your Premium Grounding Sheet is built to last. We'd put it up against any sheet on the market. But sheets get a lot of life — nightly use, seasonal washes, years of wear. If something does go wrong at year four, five, six, you shouldn't be left wondering whether you're still covered.

The 10-Year Protection Plan removes the question. One small upgrade today, peace of mind for the entire life of the sheet.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure of the conductive stainless steel mesh (loss of conductivity)
• Stitching and seam failure under normal use
• Cord and connector defects from manufacturing or normal use

What "loss of conductivity" means

Loss of conductivity means the mesh no longer carries a conductive path from the cord attachment point across the sheet — verifiable with a basic multimeter continuity test. If you suspect a failure, our support team will guide you through a quick test or arrange an inspection.

Good to know

Not covered: damage from improper care (hot wash above 40°C, dryer use, bleach, fabric softener), pet damage, accidental damage, modification, or normal cosmetic wear like minor pilling and mild discolouration over time.

Cord and connector damage caused by misuse — cutting, kinking, pulling sharply, water damage, or pet chewing — isn't covered. Manufacturing faults and failure under normal use are.

Care: wash every 2–3 months on cold delicate cycle, no bleach or softener, line dry. Coverage may be reduced at our discretion in cases of unusually high wash frequency.

Eligibility: must be added within 90 days of your original sheet purchase. Original owner only, non-transferable. Replacement only — no cash refund.
