Received the grounding mat with my grounding sheet purchase. Now I can use it at work by laying it over my kneeling chair. This also means the mat often has direct contact with my calves.

I’m really happy with my grounding sheet. My doctor suggested I try grounding to help with sleep and inflammation, which is what led me to purchase one. I also preferred this version because it’s made with stainless steel and fits easily under my normal fitted sheet, so I didn’t have to change my bedding setup and i like that it has a 3 year warranty.

Since using it, my sleep has improved a lot and I wake up feeling much better. I struggle with inflammation and have honestly noticed a difference.

After conducting extensive research, I decided to purchase a grounding mat first to see if/how it would work for us.

This is a great product because the fabric is so inviting for pets and people alike. Just a very sturdy piece of cloth! My dog sleeps on it nightly. No way he’d do that with the cheaper carbonized/plastic versions of grounding mats

Everyone said it was a waste of money, have suffered from cramps for years since using Premium Grounding Sheets (2 months now) no cramps at all until Friday night in a motel , up three times with cramping, back home Saturday night no cramps..amazing

It took about 3 weeks for both of us to feel full benefits although, there were signs it was helping along the way. Now we notice much deeper sleep patterns, with no interrupted sleep or maybe 1 wake-up with a quick return to sleep. My partner who has always had difficulty in the mornings is getting up earlier. I was struggling with a health issue and it made things much more manageable to get a restful nights sleep finally.

This grounding sheet is the real deal!
