I’ve had my premium grounding sheet for about five weeks now. I bought it because I struggle with sleep sometimes, and my husband is a farmer so has quite a lot of aches and pains. I found that after about the First week and a half of having the sheet on the bed that my sleep has definitely improved. During a week that I was unwell I felt it delivered significant value in that I had 6 solid nights sleep even though I was sick. Hubby hasn’t noticed quite as much difference however we are looking forward to seeing the long-term impacts on his general aches and pains. Very happy with it and would recommend it especially for more restful sleep. I am definitely considering purchasing for my spare bed.

With these sheets I have a much deeper sleep and take no time at all to go to sleep. I just crash it's like lights out😴. Just waiting to see if my inflammation goes away with these too but it could because of perimenopause🤔.

I’m really happy with my grounding sheet. My doctor suggested I try grounding to help with sleep and inflammation, which is what led me to purchase one. I also preferred this version because it’s made with stainless steel and fits easily under my normal fitted sheet, so I didn’t have to change my bedding setup and i like that it has a 3 year warranty.

Since using it, my sleep has improved a lot and I wake up feeling much better. I struggle with inflammation and have honestly noticed a difference.

After conducting extensive research, I decided to purchase a grounding mat first to see if/how it would work for us.

This is a great product because the fabric is so inviting for pets and people alike. Just a very sturdy piece of cloth! My dog sleeps on it nightly. No way he’d do that with the cheaper carbonized/plastic versions of grounding mats
