The 175×190 cm sheet fully covers a King mattress edge-to-edge. On a Queen or Double, the small amount of extra fabric simply tucks under your fitted sheet — exactly the way a flat sheet is designed to lay.

Couples sharing a King: the 175 cm width fully spans a standard King mattress, so both sleepers are grounded across the entire bed.
King Single beds: the Single sheet covers the full width of a King Single. Because King Single beds are slightly longer (~203 cm), there's a small uncovered section at the foot of the bed. Why isn't it a fitted sheet?
It goes underneath your fitted sheet, so it doesn't need to wrap the mattress. Lay it flat, tuck the edges in, then put your regular sheet on top.
Won't the extra fabric bother me?
No — it disappears under your fitted sheet. You won't see or feel it while you sleep.
Can my partner and I both ground on a King or Cal King?
Yes. The 85-inch width spans the whole bed, so both sleepers are grounded edge-to-edge.
Twin XL sleepers — does the 5-inch gap matter?
No. Your torso, arms and legs make plenty of skin contact for grounding to work.

Most grounding bedding uses silver fibres or carbon-coated polyurethane. These oxidise, break down within 6–18 months, and often lose conductivity. ConductiveCore™ uses stainless steel, so it doesn't tarnish, doesn't degrade in normal washing, and holds its conductivity for years.

How do I wash and care for it? +
Simple - treat it like your regular bedding, with a few small rules to protect the conductive fibres.
Machine wash every 2–3 months in cold water on a gentle cycle, then line dry or tumble dry on low.
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets — these coat the stainless steel fibres and reduce conductivity over time. Skip the iron, and don't dry clean.
That's it: with proper care, your grounding sheet will stay fully conductive and last for years (backed by our 3-year warranty).
How long does it take to feel results? +

How do I know my outlet is grounded? +
Easy to check in 30 seconds.By law, all modern homes are required to be wired with an earth (ground) cable, so the vast majority of outlets are already grounded and ready to use.
To confirm yours, simply use an inexpensive outlet tester (available from us) - plug it in, and a light tells you the outlet is properly grounded.
If your outlet isn't grounded (rare, but possible in very old or unrenovated properties), you can either use a different outlet in your home or connect via a grounding rod straight into the earth outside.
Is there a difference between Earthing and Grounding? +
In short, no! Earthing, also known as grounding, is a concept based on the principle that the Earth possesses a natural, negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the ground, your body becomes equalized with the Earth's charge. Our products achieve this same connection by carrying that charge direct to your body via the ground port in your wall outlet.

Since using this grounding sheet I have been sleeping much better, falling asleep quicker and have noticed that my neck pain which I have had for years has almost gone. I was about to have a Cortizone injection in my shoulder for the neck and shoulder pain, but now I find I don’t need it.

I’ve had my premium grounding sheet for about five weeks now. I bought it because I struggle with sleep sometimes, and my husband is a farmer so has quite a lot of aches and pains. I found that after about the First week and a half of having the sheet on the bed that my sleep has definitely improved. During a week that I was unwell I felt it delivered significant value in that I had 6 solid nights sleep even though I was sick. Hubby hasn’t noticed quite as much difference however we are looking forward to seeing the long-term impacts on his general aches and pains. Have long since been quite the fan of grounding outdoors - barefoot is always better - but grounding while sleeping, makes it so much more convenient and more easily available - year round. The benefits really speak for themselves.
Only one night so far on this sheet but I fell asleep so quickly even though I’d forgotten to take my melatonin (usually required to fall asleep). Only gave 4 stars to give it a month to see if it helps with arthritis pain over time. My cat NEVER sleeps on my bed unless I’m in it but today she has stayed on it and it’s now almost noon!
We have had our grounding sheet for a couple of weeks and both my husband and I are totally blown away with the difference in our sleep.
My husband thought I was mad when I bought the sheet, laughed and told everyone it was another one of the hocus pocus things that we are going try.
