How do I know my outlet is grounded? +
Easy to check in 30 seconds.By law, all modern homes are required to be wired with an earth (ground) cable, so the vast majority of outlets are already grounded and ready to use.
To confirm yours, simply use an inexpensive outlet tester (available from us) - plug it in, and a light tells you the outlet is properly grounded.
If your outlet isn't grounded (rare, but possible in very old or unrenovated properties), you can either use a different outlet in your home or connect via a grounding rod straight into the earth outside.
Is there a difference between Earthing and Grounding? +
In short, no! Earthing, also known as grounding, is a concept based on the principle that the Earth possesses a natural, negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the ground, your body becomes equalized with the Earth's charge. Since using this grounding sheet I have been sleeping much better, falling asleep quicker and have noticed that my neck pain which I have had for years has almost gone. I was about to have a Cortizone injection in my shoulder for the neck and shoulder pain, but now I find I don’t need it.

I’ve had my premium grounding sheet for about five weeks now. I bought it because I struggle with sleep sometimes, and my husband is a farmer so has quite a lot of aches and pains. I found that after about the First week and a half of having the sheet on the bed that my sleep has definitely improved. During a week that I was unwell I felt it delivered significant value in that I had 6 solid nights sleep even though I was sick. Hubby hasn’t noticed quite as much difference however we are looking forward to seeing the long-term impacts on his general aches and pains. Have long since been quite the fan of grounding outdoors - barefoot is always better - but grounding while sleeping, makes it so much more convenient and more easily available - year round. The benefits really speak for themselves.
Only one night so far on this sheet but I fell asleep so quickly even though I’d forgotten to take my melatonin (usually required to fall asleep). Only gave 4 stars to give it a month to see if it helps with arthritis pain over time. My cat NEVER sleeps on my bed unless I’m in it but today she has stayed on it and it’s now almost noon!
We have had our grounding sheet for a couple of weeks and both my husband and I are totally blown away with the difference in our sleep.
My husband thought I was mad when I bought the sheet, laughed and told everyone it was another one of the hocus pocus things that we are going try.
