Have to say I have been sleeping way better not waking during night as much and feel a bit better in morning, my husband said he has been getting really good sleeps, brought because I have constant pain in back so was hoping it would help with that not seen any results just yet but hopefully it will improve as time goes on

Absolutely thrilled to have purchased this grounding sheet. I immediately noticed a difference and much less pain upon waking - immediately, a bit of sleep disturbance the first week but I also caught a cold, after that very refreshed sleeps and easier to fall asleep and I deal with insomnia. My cat jumped on the mat day 1 and still likes to get me to move so he can have it .

I do recommend the grounding sheet from Premium Grounding because it has tea helped me with the inflammation on my body, I noticed that when awake up during dawn, I can fall asleep better and I have more energy and feel calm. The premium grounding sheets are helping us to manage my husband’s and mine sleep which it is sound and deep, if we wake up during the night, we fall asleep rapidly; body doesn’t ached that much, and we have noticed that we wake up with more energy.

Since using this grounding sheet I have been sleeping much better, falling asleep quicker and have noticed that my neck pain which I have had for years has almost gone. I was about to have a Cortizone injection in my shoulder for the neck and shoulder pain, but now I find I don’t need it.

Sleeping better, not as many nightly trips to the bathroom.

I’ve had my premium grounding sheet for about five weeks now. I bought it because I struggle with sleep sometimes, and my husband is a farmer so has quite a lot of aches and pains. I found that after about the First week and a half of having the sheet on the bed that my sleep has definitely improved. During a week that I was unwell I felt it delivered significant value in that I had 6 solid nights sleep even though I was sick. Hubby hasn’t noticed quite as much difference however we are looking forward to seeing the long-term impacts on his general aches and pains. Very happy with it and would recommend it especially for more restful sleep. I am definitely considering purchasing for my spare bed.

With these sheets I have a much deeper sleep and take no time at all to go to sleep. I just crash it's like lights out😴. Just waiting to see if my inflammation goes away with these too but it could because of perimenopause🤔.

Have long since been quite the fan of grounding outdoors - barefoot is always better - but grounding while sleeping, makes it so much more convenient and more easily available - year round. The benefits really speak for themselves.

Only one night so far on this sheet but I fell asleep so quickly even though I’d forgotten to take my melatonin (usually required to fall asleep). Only gave 4 stars to give it a month to see if it helps with arthritis pain over time. My cat NEVER sleeps on my bed unless I’m in it but today she has stayed on it and it’s now almost noon!

We have had our grounding sheet for a couple of weeks and both my husband and I are totally blown away with the difference in our sleep.
My husband thought I was mad when I bought the sheet, laughed and told everyone it was another one of the hocus pocus things that we are going try.
But honestly, we sleep through the night without getting up at all and in the morning you feel like you have had the best sleep of your life.
I now find towards the end of the night I now like to go sit in my bed and do some computer work sitting on the sheet because my body is craving the calm you get, like you notice your shoulders drop.
I've just ordered a sheet for my son, my sceptical husband thinks we need to get all the kids one and will be buying a sheet for parents as a Christmas present.
