Will this size fit my bed?
The 175×190 cm sheet fully covers a King mattress edge-to-edge. On a Queen or Double, the small amount of extra fabric simply tucks under your fitted sheet — exactly the way a flat sheet is designed to lay.
Because our grounding sheet sits underneath your existing fitted sheet, it doesn't need to wrap around the mattress like a fitted sheet does. You sleep on your usual bedding as normal, and the grounding sheet quietly does its work underneath.

Couples sharing a King: the 175 cm width fully spans a standard King mattress, so both sleepers are grounded across the entire bed.
King Single beds: the Single sheet covers the full width of a King Single. Because King Single beds are slightly longer (~203 cm), there's a small uncovered section at the foot of the bed. This doesn't affect grounding effectiveness — your skin contact through your torso, arms, and legs is more than enough surface area for your body to ground naturally.

Connect the Cord
Attach the flat side of the connection cord onto sheet's metal stud.
Place the Sheet
Place the grounding sheet flat beneath your favorite fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive!
Plug It In
Plug the other end of the cord into your wall outlet. (You can choose your country's plug type before you add to cart!)
Machine-Wash as Needed
Every 2-3 months, wash in cold water & line dry. Avoid bleaches & softeners to maintain quality!
How safe is it?
Grounding only uses the grounding port of your outlet (never electrical current), so it's perfectly safe to sleep on and keep plugged in!

Will it fit my bed?
Yes. Here's the fit for each size:
- Single (90 × 190 cm) — full coverage on a Single bed
- King Single (90 × 190 cm) — full width, about 13 cm short at the foot
- Double (175 × 190 cm) — full coverage, slight overhang tucks under your fitted sheet
- Queen (175 × 190 cm) — full coverage, slight overhang tucks under your fitted sheet

Why isn't it a fitted sheet?
It goes underneath your fitted sheet, so it doesn't need to wrap around the mattress. Lay it flat, tuck the edges in, and put your normal sheet on top.
I have a Queen or Double — won't there be extra fabric?
A little. It tucks under your fitted sheet and disappears. You won't see or feel it while you sleep.
Can my partner and I both ground on a King?
Yes. The 175 cm width spans a standard King mattress, so both sleepers are grounded across the whole bed.
My King Single is longer than the sheet — does that matter?
No. Your torso, arms and legs make plenty of skin contact for grounding to work. The small uncovered strip at the foot doesn't change the result.
Can I wear my pyjamas or other clothing when using the grounding bed sheets? +
Yes! Because of the advanced conductivity of our sheets' 30% Stainless Steel Fibers, you'll get all the same grounding benefits while wearing any natural-fiber PJs, or with your own fitted sheet over top. (Please note: polyester and synthetic materials may interfere with conductivity, so we recommend natural materials like cotton or linen to ensure best results.)

The connection runs only to the ground port — no electricity is drawn, no current passes through the sheet. It's the same connection your body has when you walk barefoot outside.

Is there any risk of electrocution from grounding sheets? +

You'll notice that your adapter cord's plug only connects with an outlet's ground port, so you can still receive the benefits of grounding even if the electrical socket is switched off.
Is there a difference between Earthing and Grounding? +
In short, no! Earthing, also known as grounding, is a concept based on the principle that the Earth possesses a natural, negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the ground, your body becomes equalized with the Earth's charge. Our products achieve this same connection by carrying that charge direct to your body via the ground port in your wall outlet.
Can I use a grounding sheet with pets? +
