The 175 x 190 cm sheet fully covers a King mattress edge to edge. On a Queen or Double the small amount of extra fabric tucks under your fitted sheet, the way a flat sheet is designed to lay. It feels like soft denim to the touch, and once your fitted sheet is over it you don't notice it at all.

Why isn't it a fitted sheet? It goes underneath your fitted sheet, so it doesn't need to wrap the mattress. You sleep on your usual bedding and the grounding sheet works underneath.
Won't the extra fabric bother me? No. It tucks under your fitted sheet and disappears. You won't see or feel it while you sleep.
Can my partner and I both ground on a King? Yes. The 175 cm width spans a standard King mattress, so both sleepers are grounded across the whole bed.

Attach the flat side of the connection cord onto sheet's metal stud.
Place the Sheet
Place the grounding sheet flat beneath your favorite fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive!

Machine-Wash as Needed

Why stainless steel instead of silver? +
Most grounding sheets use thread coated in a thin layer of silver. Silver oxidises when it meets sweat, body oils and washing detergent, and as the coating wears the sheet conducts less. Our sheets weave solid 316L stainless steel fibre through the fabric at 30% of the weave, so there is no coating to wear off and conductivity holds for years, which is why we can offer a 10-year conductivity warranty and a 120-night trial.

Yes! Because of the advanced conductivity of our sheets' 30% Stainless Steel Fibers, you'll get all the same grounding benefits while wearing any natural-fiber PJs, or with your own fitted sheet over top. (Please note: polyester and synthetic materials may interfere with conductivity, so we recommend natural materials like cotton or linen to ensure best results.)
Can my partner and I both ground on one sheet? +
Yes. The Double, Queen and King sheet is 175 cm wide, so it spans a standard King mattress and both sleepers are grounded across the whole bed. The Super King sheet is 216 cm wide.
What is ConductiveCore™ and what are your sheets made of? +
Our grounding sheets are built with our trademarked ConductiveCore™ construction: stainless steel conductive mesh woven into every sheet.
Most grounding bedding uses silver fibres or carbon-coated polyurethane. These oxidise, break down within 6–18 months, and often lose conductivity. ConductiveCore™ uses stainless steel, so it doesn't tarnish, doesn't degrade in normal washing, and holds its conductivity for years.

Unlike products made with silver or carbon coatings, our grounding sheets are resistant to damage from body creams, lotions, essential oils, magnesium oils, sweat, body oils, and hair oils.

Is there a difference between Earthing and Grounding? +
In short, no! Earthing, also known as grounding, is a concept based on the principle that the Earth possesses a natural, negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the ground, your body becomes equalized with the Earth's charge. i’ve tried a couple different brands, and this is my favorite. By far. My dreams are much more vivid. My aches and pains from farming seem to go away faster sometimes completely by the next day I have mine plugged into the ground personally, I would prefer that. I sleep next to my dog and I like to put my hand on him when I fall asleep so that he can get the benefits too! It seems really durable and like it’s gonna last a long time I used to have the sheets with the metal fiber in it and now I like being able to pick whatever kind of sheets I want. I got some really nice linen sheets from Magic linen made ethically in Lithuania highly recommend. Thank you for making this product and helping me heal faster and have more connection with my dreamworld! I also recommend getting an orgone device to help shield you from EMFs while you sleep. I also got a fair day bag from slnt to put my phone in my laptop in to not interrupt with my regeneration.
I have been very happy with my new grounding sheet. I am not new to sleeping grounded as I have been for many years now. None of the previous products I used lasted very long. They stopped being conductive after only about a year and then the ones with the black vinyl dissolve making a mess everywhere. Absolutely thrilled to have purchased this grounding sheet. I immediately noticed a difference and much less pain upon waking - immediately, a bit of sleep disturbance the first week but I also caught a cold, after that very refreshed sleeps and easier to fall asleep and I deal with insomnia. Since using this grounding sheet I have been sleeping much better, falling asleep quicker and have noticed that my neck pain which I have had for years has almost gone. I was about to have a Cortizone injection in my shoulder for the neck and shoulder pain, but now I find I don’t need it.

I’ve had my premium grounding sheet for about five weeks now. I bought it because I struggle with sleep sometimes, and my husband is a farmer so has quite a lot of aches and pains. I found that after about the First week and a half of having the sheet on the bed that my sleep has definitely improved. During a week that I was unwell I felt it delivered significant value in that I had 6 solid nights sleep even though I was sick. Hubby hasn’t noticed quite as much difference however we are looking forward to seeing the long-term impacts on his general aches and pains. Very happy with it and would recommend it especially for more restful sleep. I am definitely considering purchasing for my spare bed.
With these sheets I have a much deeper sleep and take no time at all to go to sleep. I just crash it's like lights out😴. Just waiting to see if my inflammation goes away with these too but it could because of perimenopause🤔.
Have long since been quite the fan of grounding outdoors - barefoot is always better - but grounding while sleeping, makes it so much more convenient and more easily available - year round. The benefits really speak for themselves.
Only one night so far on this sheet but I fell asleep so quickly even though I’d forgotten to take my melatonin (usually required to fall asleep). Only gave 4 stars to give it a month to see if it helps with arthritis pain over time. My cat NEVER sleeps on my bed unless I’m in it but today she has stayed on it and it’s now almost noon!
We have had our grounding sheet for a couple of weeks and both my husband and I are totally blown away with the difference in our sleep.
My husband thought I was mad when I bought the sheet, laughed and told everyone it was another one of the hocus pocus things that we are going try.
