At Premium Grounding, we stand behind the quality, durability, and performance of our products. Our grounding sheets are built to last far longer than typical grounding bedding, which often breaks down within 6–12 months. Thanks to our ConductiveCore™ construction — stainless steel conductive mesh — and the fact that our sheets only require washing every 2–3 months, our products reliably last 3+ years under normal use.

Every Premium Grounding Sheet comes with a 3-Year Warranty as standard. A 10-Year Warranty is available as an upgrade — free with the first 60 Premium Grounding Sheet orders each day, or as a standalone purchase within 90 days of your original order.

How to Get the 10-Year Warranty Free

Premium Grounding offers a free 10-Year Warranty upgrade with qualifying Premium Grounding Sheet orders, limited to the first 60 Premium Grounding Sheet orders each day.

• When available: the 10-Year Warranty is added free to the first 60 eligible Premium Grounding Sheet orders each day.
• Once today's first 60 orders are reached: the 10-Year Warranty is available as a standalone purchase via the Grounding Sheet 10-Year Warranty ($169) for the same sheet within 90 days of your original order.
• Daily reset: the free offer becomes available again on a new day's first 60 orders. We don't guarantee daily availability of the free offer and reserve the right to change or end the free upgrade promotion at any time without notice.
• Identical cover: the free upgrade carries the same warranty terms (coverage, exclusions, claims process) as the paid 10-Year Warranty — only the cost to the customer differs.

Most grounding sheets rely on silver fibres or carbonised polyurethane, which oxidise, break down quickly, and often lose conductivity within 6–18 months. Premium Grounding sheets are built with our ConductiveCore™ construction:

What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to both 3-Year and 10-Year tiers. Coverage includes:

✓ Loss of conductivity due to manufacturing defects

If your sheet stops grounding due to an issue with the conductive mesh or construction, you're protected.

✓ Faults in materials or workmanship

This includes conductive pattern integrity and structural defects that appear despite proper care.

✓ Stitching and seam failure under normal use

Cover for stitching that pulls, frays, or fails despite correct care.

✓ Cord and connector defects

Manufacturing faults and failure under normal use are covered. (Damage from misuse — cutting, kinking, pulling sharply, water damage, pet chewing — is excluded; see below.)

What “Loss of Conductivity” Means

Loss of conductivity means the ConductiveCore™ mesh no longer carries a conductive path from the cord attachment point across the sheet — verifiable with a basic multimeter continuity test. If you suspect a failure, our support team will guide you through a quick test or arrange an inspection.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

Because warranty eligibility is tied to proper care, the following will void or exclude coverage:

✗ Use of bleach or fabric softeners

These chemicals damage conductive fibres and permanently reduce effectiveness.

✗ Washing more frequently than recommended

Our sheets only need washing every 2–3 months. Excessive washing accelerates wear.

✗ Excessive heat drying

High heat weakens conductive fibres. Air-dry or use low heat only.

✗ Physical or accidental damage

This includes:

• Rips, tears, or holes
• Damage from pets clawing, biting, or chewing
• Burns or overheating damage

✗ Damage due to improper grounding setup

Using non-approved adapters or incorrect ports is not covered.

✗ Cord and connector misuse

Cutting, kinking, pulling sharply, water damage, or pet chewing on the cord and connector is excluded. Manufacturing faults and failure under normal use remain covered.

How Long the Warranty Lasts

3-Year Warranty: 3 years from your original purchase date

10-Year Warranty: 10 years from your original purchase date

Both apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

We've made the process simple.

Step 1: Provide Your Order Number

This confirms your purchase date and warranty tier eligibility.

Step 2: Send Photos Showing the Issue

Clear images of any visible fault or area of concern are required for assessment.

Step 3: If the Issue Is Loss of Conductivity

If there is no visible defect and the concern is conductivity performance:

• You may send the sheet back to us at your expense for testing.
• If we confirm it is a manufacturing defect, we will cover your shipping costs and process the warranty outcome.

Step 4: Warranty Outcome

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

• A replacement sheet, OR
• A store credit of equal value

Premium Grounding will choose the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

How We Define “Performing as Intended”

A grounding sheet is considered to be performing as intended when it successfully conducts a measurable electrical connection to the earth. This can be verified using a multimeter, continuity tester, or equivalent grounding measurement device.

Grounding is a physical, electrical process. If the sheet shows proper continuity and electrical drop when tested, it is functioning correctly — regardless of changes in sleep, pain, energy, or other subjective experiences.
