Our grounding sheet is designed to be used as an underlay that goes directly beneath your fitted sheet. Step 1: Connect the Grounding Sheet to the metal stud at the end of the white cord Step 2: Place your grounding sheet on your mattress beneath your fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive Step 3: Connect the plug (at the other end of the white cord) to your wall outlet. It doesn’t matter if the electricity switch is on or off, the earth cable will still be conducting the earthing effects. If you feel a tingle when using the grounding sheet please know that this is normal and a sign of improved circulation. Safety: Our electrical adapters have 2 plastic prongs to ensure they don’t conduct electricity, only grounding. The sheet only connects to the ground port so the product is very safe.

Will I see my sheet through my fitted sheets?

Your Earthing sheet sits below your fitted bed sheet, so it won’t be visible once you've put your fitted sheet on top of it. If the material is too large or hangs over your mattress, simply fold it underneath your mattress.

YES, you can use it with an electric blanket. It’s actually beneficial as the earthing shields the body from AC electrical fields from the heated blanket. The grounding sheet should sit on top of the electric blanket to ensure you receive the grounding benefits.

Is there any risk of getting electrocuted from the grounding sheets?
