How to Connect Your Grounding Rod

Using the Grounding Rod is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Install the Grounding Rod

Choose a suitable location for your Grounding Rod, ideally in moist soil for optimal conductivity.

Using a hammer or mallet, drive the rod into the ground, leaving approximately 15 cm (6 inches) exposed above the surface.

Step 2: Connect the Grounding Rod Cable

Attach the Grounding Rod cable to the exposed section of the rod according to the included instructions.

Step 3: Connect Your Grounding Product

All Premium Grounding products come with a grounding cord and wall plug adapter.

1. Remove the wall plug adapter from the end of the grounding cord.
2. Once removed, you will see a metal pin at the end of the cord.
3. Insert this metal pin directly into the Grounding Rod cable connection.

Your grounding product is now connected directly to the Grounding Rod instead of your home's electrical earth.
