# Premium Grounding > Premium Grounding is an Australian-founded company that makes grounding (earthing) bed sheets and accessories from cotton woven with 316L stainless steel fibre. No silver is used. Rated 4.8 out of 5 from 1,000+ verified reviews, with 40,000+ customers. Grounding sheets come with a 120-night trial and a 3-year warranty (10-year option available). Store: https://premiumgrounding.com ## How the sheet is used - The grounding sheet is a flat underlay, not a fitted sheet. It lies flat on the mattress and your normal fitted sheet goes over the top. No direct skin contact is needed. - A cord (4.6 m / 15 ft) connects the sheet to the earth (ground) port of a standard wall outlet. The plug only uses the earth connection. - Each product ships with a plug for the buyer's region: AUS/NZ, USA, CA, UK/SG or EU. - A socket tester (to check your outlet is earthed) and a multimeter (to check conductivity) are sold separately. ## Products - [Premium Grounding Sheet](https://premiumgrounding.com/products/grounding-earthing-sheet): flat underlay, 70% cotton / 30% 316L stainless steel, one colour (slate grey).
